Registration procedure

 

1. Make your reservation at the hotel: One Resort Ephesus

The accommodation fee will be paid by the participant directly to the hotel during check-out. Because the number of single rooms is limited, we invite you to share your room with a colleague. We’ll match people randomly if the roommate is unspecified.

                Double Room per person/per day  all inclusive           30 €

                Single room per day (only 8 rooms) all inclusive         45 €

 

 

2. Pay your registration fee for the meeting.

Paid before 31st of March 2007      170 €       Accompanying Person 120  €

Paid after      1st  of  April  2007      200 €      Accompanying Person  160 €

The registration fee includes portfolio, transfers -from airport to Alacati and from Alacati to airport- by special shuttle services of the organization, coffee breaks and the excursion.

In case of cancellation, before 20th of April, 50% of the fee will be refunded. After that there is no refund.

Registration form is attached in a separate file in this mail. Please fill in the information for accommodation, transfers and excursions. Deadline is 10th of April. If you already filled it in and made your reservation at the hotel after the 1 st call its O.K.   But if you have a different route of arrival than by airplane, and if you will attend to PMC Bergama Congress please inform the local committee even if you already filled in.

There will be 4 options of which you are expected to choose one. See the attached files in the 1st call and then make a choice and fill it in the registration form.

2.  A tour to Izmir City

3.  A tour to the Alacati Town 

4.  To enjoy the facilities of the accomodation place
